{ Look for Less -- Lady In Red }

Being stylish and having fun with your wardrobe doesn't mean that you have to spend a lot of money.  I often recommend to clients that they mix and match, high and low end pieces together to create different looks!

In fact, the entire outfit pictured above is less than $70 total! It is made up of pieces used entirely from H&M and Forever21.

Purchasing these key pieces can not only give you mileage in your wardrobe -- but they're current and fun! A great, quick way to update your look without breaking the bank.

  1. Love the outfit. LOVE IT. While I am a huge fan of designer pieces, and I think they wear better than cheaper clothes, there are some items that I get from Macy's that are a bit cheaper just because they fit me better. I love mixing high end with low end.

  2. I am a HUGE believer in mixing high and low...when I was just "me" w no responsibilities it was ALL about designer labels and excess...now that I have a hubby, baby and house..it can't be...but we still have to look great, right? Mixing high and low is the ONLY solution!
    Great post.

  3. I mix a lot of good quality name items with my own designed/sewn pieces and it makes for a well-rounded wardrobe I find. Add a little Joe Fresh in every once in a while and I'm happy as a peach.
    Great blog!
